Commercial Electrical and Lighting on the West Shore

Some of the best projects start as an empty shell full of potential. For the new STRONG Pilates studio in Royal Bay, Four Peaks Power handled the electrical and lighting work, from the first stage of construction through to the finished lighting design.

Our crew started with the rough-in. Working through the steel stud framing, we ran conduit, set junction boxes and pulled wiring throughout the space. Working from the plans and coordinating with the other trades, we put the electrical infrastructure in place so the walls and ceilings could be closed up with confidence. This is the work nobody sees once a space is finished, and it is where reliable power starts.

Lighting then took centre stage. Warm LED strips trace the feature walls, and track lighting runs the full length of the studio beneath an exposed dark ceiling. In a fitness space, light sets the mood from the moment someone walks in to the last stretch of a class. We planned where the power goes, how fixtures are controlled and how light falls on the walls well before the finishing touches arrived.

The result is a studio with a solid electrical foundation and lighting built to support the experience.
