The Woodlands

Residential Electrical in Ten Mile Point, Victoria

The Woodlands is an estate lot development in Ten Mile Point, a neighbourhood where homes sit tucked into the trees along the water. Four Peaks Power has been part of the build from the first rough-in, working alongside the builders to get the electrical right at every stage.

Inside the framing, our crew ran circuits, drilled through studs and organized wire paths so every run ends up exactly where it needs to be before the walls close. We set the panels to spec and kept the work clean and labelled. It is the kind of detail that disappears behind drywall but shapes how a home performs for decades.

Outside, we planned ahead for the landscaping. Conduit and junction boxes were roughed directly into the poured concrete retaining walls before the pour, ready for garden lighting the homeowners will add down the road. Once concrete sets there is no moving a run, so it had to be planned around a design that did not exist yet. When the time comes, lighting becomes a simple add-on instead of a disruptive retrofit.

From the aerial view of the neighbourhood to the close-ups inside the walls, this project shows what we do best: dependable electrical work built for the long term, at every stage of a build.
